If you are passionate about diving, you should definitely participate in a PADI Open Water Diver Course, getting a certification recognized worldwide.The course consists of a theory section combined with confined water skills to understand the basic principles and to learn how to use your scuba gear, followed by 4 open water dives. As a certified PADI Open Water Diver, you will be allowed to dive all over the world to the maximum depth of 18m, with your buddy or in a diving group.
If you are a minor, you can enroll for the PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course. A 10 to 11-year-old diver may only dive with a PADI Professional up to the maximum depth of 12m while a 12 to 14-year-old diver is qualified to dive with a PADI Professional up to the maximum depth of 18m.
